Sunrise on Mount Washington in The White Mountains of New Hampshire is something I try to witness as often as possible. Three times a year I organize a photography session on the granite rock and every one is different in so many ways. This one was a calm, clear morning with the perfect amount of haze and soft clouds dotting the sky. The light was as breathtaking as the view in every direction.
I love nature. It inspires me every day. But when I drive around New England, it is all too obvious how segmented it is. Even though, I am still thankful for the beautiful slivers of nature that do exist and one shining example is the massive park in Boston - Arnold Arboretum.

Atop Gibbett Hill in Groton, Mass and in the middle of a cow pasture is an architectural relic from a time long since past. The ruins of a castle is here with a story as old as the town itself. And a unassuming footpath leads you there, to a unique viewpoint and countless photographic opportunities.
A location I have visited many times and have always dreamed of finding a bride adventurous enough to hike to down into the cavern created by Purgatory Brook in Lydenborough. The name comes across as a plot line in a horror movie, but Purgatory Falls is one of the most lovely, hidden gems in the woods of southern New Hampshire.
